Able Renovations, LLC is a locally owned and operated Home Remodeling & Additions company  headquartered in Jefferson City, MO since 1995.  Serving the Central Missouri cities of Ashland, Holts Summit, New Bloomfield, Russelville, Eugene, Eldon, Iberia, Lake Ozark, Osage Beach, Camdenton, Lebanon, Waynesville and St. Roberts.

All new construction by Able Renovations, LLC holds a One-Year Warranty.  The staff at Able are all fully licensed and insured with Workman's Compensation to ensure the best working environment.  Able Renovations has been performing quality building projects in the Jefferson City area since 1995.  Our reputation is what keeps our clients employing our remodeling services time after time.  We have gained the "Readers Choice Award" from the Jefferson City News Tribune for several years and be sure to see our A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau website.

Our Hours
We are available to serve your building needs Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  After hours appointments can be made for estimates by calling Pat at 573-301-2058.

Complete Home Remodel

We hired Able Renovations to completely remodel a home we bought in Jefferson City. Our home was practically gutted and totally remodeled. Wood floors were installed throughout the home, bathrooms stripped and redone, some electrical and updated plumbing, ceilings scraped and redone, kitchen totally remodeled, house totally repainted, and the most beautiful staircase installed. The employees were very trustworthy and hard workers. This makes the second major renovation project they have performed for us. We have referred them to many others and definitely continue to recommend them to others.

I had hardwood flooring installed and Able Renovations got the job DONE! From the first time I called to ask for a quote to the very last step in the installation, their service was excellent! They WILL be doing more for me in the future! Thanks Able Renovations!

Renovations and Outdoor Projects

I have hired Able Renovations several times for renovations on my home and outdoor projects from building a covered back porch, re-roofing my home, building my wading pool, adding gas fireplaces, building a very large outdoor garage. Whatever I come up with they will do it, without complaint and with excellent results. Each time I was extremely satisfied. The attention to detail and open communications was at a level I have not had with any other company. Any time I asked them for a bid on a project we were able to discuss it clearly and they got back to me in a very reasonable amount of time with a very reasonable bid. During the projects when I added anything I was instantly given an added approximate cost expectation without any problems. I cannot say enough about the quality of the work I am very happy with Able Renovations and will continue to use them for any project I have.

A+ Home Renovation

We had some major flood damage recently, and Able Renovations came in and fixed us up very nicely! We ended up with new flooring throughout our home, a bathroom remodel, and painting throughout. We were very pleased with the professional job by Pat and his crew. We would definitely use them again!
